You define scoring criteria for each role (e.g., education, experience, skills). The AI analyzes each CV and assigns scores based on how well they match your requirements.
PDF, DOCX, DOC as well as images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC) — even scanned CVs are recognized and analyzed via OCR.
Yes. Data privacy is our top priority. All data is processed and stored in full GDPR compliance.
Absolutely. Either manually or via AI assistant: describe what matters in your own words and the AI creates matching criteria — from work experience to languages to salary expectations. All weighted and transparent.
Batch upload is supported. We do not publish a figure for maximum batch size or processing time, because we have not measured one.
Direct ATS integration is currently in development. You can export results as CSV at any time.
